Rental Villa of the Week: Villa El-Gharb, Albufeira, Algarve

Villa El-Gharb is a beautiful four-bedroom property set in Albufeira, Algarve, in a tranquil, rural location that offers complete privacy and a true sense of escape.

Nestled within the Portuguese countryside, the villa enjoys a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, far removed from busy tourist areas, yet remains conveniently close to some of the Algarve’s most stunning beaches and vibrant towns.

Despite its quiet setting, the villa is ideally located just a short drive from Albufeira. Both the charming Old Town and the lively New Town, often referred to as “The Strip,” are only five minutes away by car.

Within minutes, guests can also reach supermarkets, pharmacies, local shops, and cafés. For everyday essentials, a small mini-market is just a few minutes’ walk from the villa, along with a couple of nearby bars and cafés.

For those who prefer not to drive, there is a conveniently located bus stop nearby with regular services to Albufeira, with a journey time of around 10 minutes. While car hire is recommended for added flexibility, it is not strictly necessary.
