Our stay at Bayline “As Andorinhas” in Armação de Pêra was nothing short of delightful!
Nestled in a peaceful area of this charming seaside town, the apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, location, and authentic Portuguese charm.
Bayline Holiday Apartments is a luxurious beachfront condominium located in Armação de Pêra, Algarve. Completed in 2023, this gated community spans 2 hectares and offers direct access to the beach.
Situated just 100 meters from Salgados and Praia Grande Bay, the property is also 6.2 km from a golf course and 50 km from Faro Airport.
The one bedroom apartment itself was clean, bright, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a stress-free holiday. It even has a sofa bed!
The decor has a cozy coastal feel, and the little touches—like fresh linens, a welcome pack, and a private balcony—made us feel right at home.
The air conditioning worked great (a must in the Algarve summer!), and the bed was super comfortable.
We loved how close it was to the beach—just a short walk away—and there were plenty of cafés, restaurants, and small local shops nearby.
It’s ideally located for those who want to enjoy both the quiet side of Armação and still be close enough to explore the livelier beachside promenade.
The host was friendly, welcoming, and provided fantastic local tips—especially on where to eat the best grilled fish and where to catch the most breathtaking sunset views.
Things we loved:
- The outside pool as well as the indoor pool with sauna
- The state of the art gym with all the equipment you need for a holiday workout
- The security 24/7 and the sense of peace that comes with it
- The direct access on the back to the reserve walking trail: if you like walking, this is wonderful to do early in the morning listening to the nature sounds: so soothing!
- Very close to the beach: a 2 minute walk!
- Also a close walk to the shops and restaurants nearby
- The balcony with a wonderful view to the reserve
- The allocated parking spot: no worries where to leave the car!
Overall, Bayline “As Andorinhas” is a fantastic base for a relaxing Algarve getaway.
We’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near the sea.
